Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Raw mangoes
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder Elakka podi
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • Saffron A few strands

Instructions
 

  • For preparing panha, boil the raw mangoes in water till they are soft.
  • Drain the water, remove its skin and strain the mango pulp.
  • Add cardamom powder, sugar and saffron to it. Mix well.
  • Store in a bottle and refrigerate.
  • Panha is ready. Pour 1-2 tbsp of the mixture to a glass and pour chilled water on top of it when you wish to serve.
