For preparing meethi kadhi, whisk yogurt, gram flour, sugar, salt and water in a bowl.
Cook this yogurt mixture in a pan until thick.
In another pan, fry mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, green chillies, cloves, curry leaves, cinnamon, asafoetida and in oil.
Pour this fried mixture into the kadhi(curd mixture) and mix well.
Sprinkle the coriander leaves and mix.
Remove it from the flame.
Meethi kadhi is ready.
