Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Yogurt Thairu
  • 1 cup Gram flour Kadala mavu
  • Sugar As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • Water As reqd
  • Oil As reqd
  • 1 to Green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds Uluva
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 to Cloves Grambu
  • Curry leaves As reqd
  • 2 to Cinnamon Karugapatta
  • Asafoetida powder A pinch, Kaayam
  • 1 piece Ginger finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
 

  • For preparing meethi kadhi, whisk yogurt, gram flour, sugar, salt and water in a bowl.
  • Cook this yogurt mixture in a pan until thick.
  • In another pan, fry mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, green chillies, cloves, curry leaves, cinnamon, asafoetida and in oil.
  • Pour this fried mixture into the kadhi(curd mixture) and mix well.
  • Sprinkle the coriander leaves and mix.
  • Remove it from the flame.
  • Meethi kadhi is ready.
