For preparing kentucky chicken, first marinate the chicken in salt, pepper and lime juice and keep it aside for 1 hour.
Mix the flour, corn flour, baking powder, rosemary, oregano, chilly powder, thyme, required salt and pepper.
In another bowl mix milk and egg.
Dip the marinated chicken in the flour mix and then in the milk mixture. Repeat the procedure 3 times.
Fry it in oil in medium flame for 15 min.
Serve it hot.
