Oats Banana Meal - Baby Food(1-2 Years)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Oats
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 no Ripe Banana small, Nedrakaya

Instructions
 

  • For preparing oats - banana meal, first powder the oats in a mixer.
  • Mix oats and milk together and bring to boil stirring continuously.
  • When it becomes thick, remove from flame and keep aside.
  • Peel the banana and cut into several pieces and steam it.
  • When banana is done and cooled, grind it in a mixer.
  • Now mix the banana, oats and honey together. Mix well without lumps.
  • A tasty meal for kids, oats - banana meal is ready.
