Instructions
For preparing oats - banana meal, first powder the oats in a mixer.
Mix oats and milk together and bring to boil stirring continuously.
When it becomes thick, remove from flame and keep aside.
Peel the banana and cut into several pieces and steam it.
When banana is done and cooled, grind it in a mixer.
Now mix the banana, oats and honey together. Mix well without lumps.
A tasty meal for kids, oats - banana meal is ready.
