Egg Kabab
Sliced boiled eggs are covered in a mixture and deep fried in oil

- 5 nos Boiled eggs cut in half
- 3 cloves Garlic crushed
- 6 nos Red onions chopped
- 1 piece Ginger sliced
- 5 nos Green chillies chopped
- 1/2 cup Coconut grated
- 1 piece Tamarind
- Coriander leaves As reqd
- Lemon juice As reqd
- Salt As reqd
- Bread crumbs As reqd
- Egg beaten
For preparing egg kabab, grind garlic, red onions, ginger, green chillies, coconut, tamarind, coriander leaf, lemon juice and salt.
Cover the sliced egg in this mixture.
Dip it in the beaten egg and bread crumbs and fry it in oil.
Egg kebab is ready. Serve it hot with any salad.
