Instructions
For preparing egg fritters, beat the egg well and add spring onions, celery, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Make omelets out of this mixture in a frying pan.
Cut this omelet into square pieces.
Mix flour, corn flour and water to make a thick paste.
Dip the omelet pieces in this paste and fry in oil till its colour turns golden brown.
Serve it hot.
