Chicken Malai Tikka

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Boneless chicken cut in cubes
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder Jeerakam
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Dry fenugreek leaves
  • 2 tbsp Hung curd
  • 4 tbsp Cheese spread
  • 2 tbsp Thick cream
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chicken malai tikka, mix together coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, dry fenugreek leaves, hung curd, cheese spread, cream and salt to make a paste.
  • Marinate the chicken in this mixture for 30 min.
  • Insert this chicken in long sticks and bake it in an oven for 15 min turning once.
  • Chicken-malai tikka is ready. Serve hot.
