Instructions
For preparing braised pork, add all the ingredients in a pan and add water to cover the meat.
Cover the pan and boil the mixture well.
Simmer it on low heat till the pork is cooked. Take it off from flame.
Cut the meat and discard the fat.
Place the pork in a pan and bake uncovered at 450 degrees until its colour turns brown.
When done, remove from the oven and separate the meat from the bones and shred the meat.
Use it as a filling for tortillas, enchiladas and so on.
