  • For preparing braised pork, add all the ingredients in a pan and add water to cover the meat.
  • Cover the pan and boil the mixture well.
  • Simmer it on low heat till the pork is cooked. Take it off from flame.
  • Cut the meat and discard the fat.
  • Place the pork in a pan and bake uncovered at 450 degrees until its colour turns brown.
  • When done, remove from the oven and separate the meat from the bones and shred the meat.
  • Use it as a filling for tortillas, enchiladas and so on.
