For preparing grilled chicken breast, first marinate chicken pieces with butter, salt, pepper and garlic paste. Keep this for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan, place chicken pieces and grill both sides.
When done, keep this aside.
Heat oil in pan, add chopped garlic, onion, capsicum and fry.
Add vinegar, chilly powder, soya sauce, tomato sauce and required salt.
Make it a thick gravy by adding very little water.
Pour the sauce over the chicken pieces and decorate with chopped coriander leaves.
