  • 1/2 kg Chicken breast slit into thin slices
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Garlic paste
  • Salt As rqed
  • 5 nos Garlic chopped
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1/2 of Capsicum chopped
  • Oil As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 tsp Tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce


  • For preparing grilled chicken breast, first marinate chicken pieces with butter, salt, pepper and garlic paste. Keep this for 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan, place chicken pieces and grill both sides.
  • When done, keep this aside.
  • Heat oil in pan, add chopped garlic, onion, capsicum and fry.
  • Add vinegar, chilly powder, soya sauce, tomato sauce and required salt.
  • Make it a thick gravy by adding very little water.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken pieces and decorate with chopped coriander leaves.
