Spiced Masala Buttermilk
Butter milk is mixed with rice flour and other ingredients to make this tasty curry

- 1 cup Rice flour Aripodi
- 2 cups Butter milk
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida Kayam
- 1/2 tsp Split black gram Uzhunnu parippu
- 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
- 6-8 nos Green chillies chopped finely
- Curry leaves A few
- 3 nos Dry red chillies
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt As reqd
For preparing spiced masala buttermilk, combine rice flour, buttermilk and salt to make a batter.
Heat oil and crackle mustard.
3)Then put urad dal, asafoetida, curry leaves, dry red chillies, and green chillies. Wait for a few minutes.
Then add the rice flour batter.
Continue to stir until the rice flour gets cooked and it gets thickened. Remove from the flame.
Spiced masala buttermilk is ready.
