Spiced Masala Buttermilk

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rice flour Aripodi
  • 2 cups Butter milk
  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida Kayam
  • 1/2 tsp Split black gram Uzhunnu parippu
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 6-8 nos Green chillies chopped finely
  • Curry leaves A few
  • 3 nos Dry red chillies
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing spiced masala buttermilk, combine rice flour, buttermilk and salt to make a batter.
  • Heat oil and crackle mustard. 3)Then put urad dal, asafoetida, curry leaves, dry red chillies, and green chillies. Wait for a few minutes.
  • Then add the rice flour batter.
  • Continue to stir until the rice flour gets cooked and it gets thickened. Remove from the flame.
  • Spiced masala buttermilk is ready.
