Split black gram
Uzhunnu parippu

Mustard seeds

Green chillies
chopped finely
Curry leaves
A few

red chillies

Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing spiced masala buttermilk, combine rice flour, buttermilk and
salt
to make a batter.
Heat
oil
and crackle mustard. 3)Then put urad dal, asafoetida,
curry leaves
, dry
red chillies
, and
green chillies
. Wait for a few minutes.
Then add the rice flour batter.
Continue to stir until the rice flour gets cooked and it gets thickened. Remove from the flame.
Spiced masala buttermilk is ready.
