For preparing traditional mambazha pulisheri, fist roughly chop the mangoes.
In a deep bottomed pan, add mangoes, green chillies, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilly powder, sugar, salt and little water.
Cook the mangoes till it becomes soft and mashed.
Now add the coconut milk. Remove from flame before it starts to boil.
Allow it to cool.
Add curd and mix well.
In another pan, add coconut oil and heat.
Splutter mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.
Pour this over the curry.
Traditional mambazha pulisheri - vishu special, a yummy curry is ready.
