For preparing fiery chicken stripes, first marinate the chicken strips in a mixture of vinegar, salt, pepper, chilly powder and garam masala for 1/2 an hour.
Then make a batter out of maida, corn flour, buttermilk, salt and pepper.
Heat oil for frying.
First dip each strip in the maida mixture and then in the dry cornflakes.
Repeat with all the strips.
Once the oil has heated, fry the strips till golden brown.
Fiery chicken stripes are ready. Serve hot. It is a superb snack.
