Instructions
Cook tapioca with salt, turmeric powder and water. Drain and keep it aside.
Marinate beef with all the other ingredients except oil for 30 minutes.
Cook it with required water. When it is done, add the cooked tapioca to it. Stir it well.
After removing from flame, pour the oil on the top and mix well.
