Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Tapioca cut into medium pieces
  • 1/2 kg Beef
  • 2 nos Onion Sliced
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • 1 piece Ginger crushed
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • Fennel powder A pinch, Perumjeerakam
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder Karugappata
  • 1/4 tsp Cloves powder Grambu
  • Curry leaves A few
  • Salt As req
  • 3 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook tapioca with salt, turmeric powder and water. Drain and keep it aside.
  • Marinate beef with all the other ingredients except oil for 30 minutes.
  • Cook it with required water. When it is done, add the cooked tapioca to it. Stir it well.
  • After removing from flame, pour the oil on the top and mix well.
