Ingredients
- Tapioca(cut into medium pieces) - 1/2 kg
- Beef - 1/2 kg
- Onion(Sliced) - 2 nos
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Ginger(crushed) - 1 piece
- garlic(crushed) - 4 cloves
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Fennel powder(A pinch, Perumjeerakam) -
- Cinnamon powder(Karugappata) - 1/4 tsp
- Cloves powder(Grambu) - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Salt(As req) -
- Oil - 3 tsp

Instructions
- Cook tapioca with salt, turmeric powder and water. Drain and keep it aside.
- After removing from flame, pour the oil on the top and mix well.
