Ingredients
- Cheera/spinach - 2 nos
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies - 4 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Dry red chillies - 2 nos
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil - 2 tsp

Instructions
- Mix spinach, onion, green chillies, turmeric powder, grated coconut, curry leaves and salt together with hand.
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and add red chillies.
- Add the vegetable mix to the pan and cook in a low flame.
- Serve hot.
