Simple Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Basmati Rice
  • 6 nos Egg 3 beaten and 3 boiled
  • 2 nos Onion
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Peas Cooked A handful
  • Coriander leaves Few
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • Salt As required
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 3 nos Cloves Grambu
  • 3 nos Cardamom Elekka
  • 1 no Cinnamon sticks Karugapatta
  • 2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Biriyani masala optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rice in salt water with cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and drain water and keep rice aside.
  • Heat butter in a pan add onion, ginger-garlic paste, peas and biriyani masala. Sprinkle some salt to vegetables. Add beaten eggs stir well until cooked.
  • Cut the boiled eggs into pieces. Mix cooked rice to the vegetables, then add the boiled egg pieces and stir well.
  • Serve hot.
