Boil the egg and cut it into halves keep it aside.
Roast fennel seeds, cinnamon sticks, pepper powder, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, star anise and cumin seeds. Make it a powder.
Heat oil in a pan, Splutter mustard seeds, dry chillies. Add onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and curry leaves.
Add ground powder saute for 3 minutes, add number chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and saute well.
Add chopped tomatoes, enough salt and water cook until the gravy thicken.
Add boiled eggs, and chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
