Egg Curry With Coconut

Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Egg boiled
  • 1 no Onion
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 1 cup Coconut ground
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Mustard seeds Few
  • 3 nos Dry red chillies
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan splutter mustard seeds, add dry red chillies, onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add garam masala powder red chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder.
  • Add boiled eggs (cut into halves). Add salt, ground cocunut, let it boil in a low flame.
  • Egg curry ready.
