Thandoori Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Chicken chopped
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
  • 5 drops Red colouring
  • 1 cup Curd beaten
  • 1 no Lime juice
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing thandoori chicken, clean the chicken and drain the water completely.
  • Take a bowl add turmeric powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, red colouring, curd, lime juice and salt. Mix it well.
  • Marinate the chicken with this paste for 6 to 7 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Roast the chicken pieces in a griller till the chicken pieces are cooked.
  • Thandoori chicken is ready. Can be served as a starter.
