- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger(garlic paste- 1 tbsp) -
- Red colouring - 5 drops
- Curd(beaten) - 1 cup
- Lime juice - 1 no
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing thandoori chicken, clean the chicken and drain the water completely.
- Take a bowl add turmeric powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, red colouring, curd, lime juice and salt. Mix it well.
- Marinate the chicken with this paste for 6 to 7 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Roast the chicken pieces in a griller till the chicken pieces are cooked.
- Thandoori chicken is ready. Can be served as a starter.
