Marinate beef pieces with coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, few curry leaves, 1 tsp coconut oil, sliced onion, garlic and salt for 30 minutes.
Pressure cook the beef and keep aside.
Cook raw banana with salt and turmeric powder. Keep aside.
Roughly grind shallots, ginger, green chillies and red chillies.
Heat oil in kadai, fry the ground mixture for 3 minutes. Add cooked beef pieces and saute for little time.
Add the cooked banana pieces and mix well. Add curry leaves and stir well.
A tasty beef with kaya ularthiyathu is ready.
