Fruits And Veggie Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 3 leaves Lettuce chopped, Uvarcheera
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber Kakirika
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate Madhala naranga
  • 1 cup Potatoes boiled,peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Watermelon Thannimathan
  • 1 no Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 cup Apple chopped
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 tbsp Mint leaves chopped, Pudina
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds Ellu
  • 1/2 cup Ground nuts roasted, Kappalandi
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cream
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Lime juice

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Fruits and veggie salad, take a big bowl.
  • Add lettuce, cucumber, pomegranate, potatoes, watermelon, tomato, apple, coriander leaves, mint leaves, sesame seeds, ground nuts, fresh cream, salt, pepper, olive oil and lime juice.
  • Mix it well and keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  • Fruits and veggie salad is ready. Serve it for breakfast.
