- Cucumber(Kakirika) - 1/2 cup
- Pomegranate(Madhala naranga) - 1/2 cup
- Potatoes(boiled,peeled and chopped) - 1 cup
- Watermelon(Thannimathan) - 1 cup
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
- Apple(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Mint leaves(chopped, Pudina) - 2 tbsp
- Sesame seeds(Ellu) - 1 tbsp
- Ground nuts(roasted, Kappalandi) - 1/2 cup
- Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- olive oil - 1 tsp
- Lime juice - 1/2 cup

Instructions
- For preparing Fruits and veggie salad, take a big bowl.
- Add lettuce, cucumber, pomegranate, potatoes, watermelon, tomato, apple, coriander leaves, mint leaves, sesame seeds, ground nuts, fresh cream, salt, pepper, olive oil and lime juice.
- Mix it well and keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Fruits and veggie salad is ready. Serve it for breakfast.
