Nadan Onion Thoran
Onion, coconut, green chillies and other ingredients are mixed well and cooked

- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 1/2 cup Coconut grated
- 1 tbsp Green chillies
- 1 tsp Ginger
- Curry leaves Few
- 2 nos Tamarind soaked in water
- Salt As reqd
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
For preparing nadan onion thoran, mix all the ingredients with hand well.
Heat oil in kadai, splutter mustard seeds and fry the mixed ingredients. Close with a lid and cook.
Cook it in low heat till the water drains completely.
Onion thoran, a tasty nadan recipe is ready. Serve it when done.
