Prawn Vada
Prawns are ground with other ingredients to make this yummy snack

- 500 g Prawns
- 1/4 cup Coconut grated
- 1/4 cup Shallots Kunjulli
- 1 inch Ginger crushed
- 4 nos Green chillies
- Curry leaves A few
- 1/2 tsp Dal
- Oil As reqd
- Salt As reqd
- Coriander leaves A few
For preparing prawn vada, clean the prawns and remove the head.
Mix prawns, small onions, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, daal, grated coconut and salt.
Grind it well.
Take a spoon full of the prawn mixture and fry it in oil.
Fry on both sides till it becomes light brown in color.
Prawn vada is ready. Serve hot.
