Instructions
For preparing cashew halwa, boil milk and soak the cashew nuts for about 30 minutes.
Grind the cashew into fine paste.
In a thick pan pour the ground cashew paste and cook.
Stir constantly, adding ghee. 5)Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Remove from the flame when the mixture becomes a smooth lump. 7)Transfer the contents on to a greased plate and spread evenly.
After 5 minutes cut pieces out of it.
Cashew halwa, yummy sweet dish is ready.
