Cocoa Sweetie
Cocoa powder and other ingredients are mixed to make cocoa sweetie

- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 2 cups All purpose flour Maida
- 8 nos Eggs
- 1 1/2 cup Sugar powdered
- 5 nos Cardamom powder Elakka
- 10 nos Cashew nuts
- 10 nos Raisins Unakka munthiri
- 1 tbsp Ghee
For preparing cocoa sweetie, mix cocoa powder and eggs well using an egg beater.
Add maida and sugar to it and mix well.
Take a vessel and heat ghee in it. Fry the cashew nuts and raisins. Keep it aside.
Then pour the prepared egg mixture into the vessel and add powdered cardamom to it. Heat it well in low flame stirring continuously.
Add the fried cashew nuts and raisins to it. Keep it in the oven for 15 minutes.
Cocoa sweetie, a favorite with kids, is ready.
