Cashew Katly
Cashew nut powder and other ingredients are added to make this sweet dish

- 1 kg Cashew nut powdered
- 400 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Cardamom powdered, Elakka
- 2 tsp Ghee
- Water As reqd
For preparing cashew katly, boil sugar with some water to make a thick syrup, stirring continuously.
Add powdered cashew nut and cardamom to it. Stir well and let it cool.
After 10 minutes, apply ghee on a flat plate and spread the mixture on the plate in 1 to 2 inch thickness. Allow it to cool for 1 hour.
Cashew katly is ready. Cut and serve.
