Ingredients
  

  • 50 g Mushroom finely chopped
  • 25 g Onion chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 2 nos Egg beaten
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing mushroom omelette, first combine together mushroom, onion and green chillies.
  • Add egg and mix well. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder.
  • Spread little oil in a pan, pour the egg mixture and tilt the pan. Remove when cooked on both the sides.
