Spinach Cutlet

A tasty snack with spinach and potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Spinach leaves chopped
  • 1 cup Potato cooked and ground
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1/2 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/2 cup Gram flour kadala mavu
  • Water As reqd
  • Bread crumbs As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing spinach cutlet, heat oil in a kadai, fry onion, green chillies and ginger.
  • Add the spinach leaves and stir well in low flame until done. Remove from flame.
  • Add the ground potato, garam masala and salt to the spinach mixture and mix well.
  • Make desired shape out of it.
  • Mix gram flour, salt and water well.
  • Dip the cutlet in the flour mixture.
  • Coat the mixture with bread crumbs and fry it in oil.
  • Spinach cutlet, a tasty snack recipe is ready
