For preparing spinach cutlet, heat oil in a kadai, fry onion, green chillies and ginger.
Add the spinach leaves and stir well in low flame until done. Remove from flame.
Add the ground potato, garam masala and salt to the spinach mixture and mix well.
Make desired shape out of it.
Mix gram flour, salt and water well.
Dip the cutlet in the flour mixture.
Coat the mixture with bread crumbs and fry it in oil.
