Carrot Pachadi
A traditional recipe made of carrot, curd and other ingredients

- 1 cup Carrot finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Green chilly finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Onion chopped and minced in salt water by hand
- Salt As reqd
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- Mustard seeds A pinch
- 1 tsp Uzhunnu parippu
- 1 no Red chilly cut in 3 to 4 pieces
- 3/4 cup Curd
For preparing carrot pachadi, mix the 1 to 3rd ingredients well and keep it aside.
Heat oil and fry mustard seeds and uzhunnu parippu.
Add red chilly to the above mixture, take it from flame and let it cool.
When it cools add this mixture to the 1st step mixture and stir well.
Add curd to it and mix it well again.
Carrot pachadi, a tasty kerala recipe is ready.
