Instructions
Cut raw jackfruit and remove the seeds. Cut into small pieces and boil.
Add chana dal, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt and required water in a vessel and bring to boil.
Add the 1st step item to the 2nd step item and boil for few minutes.
Add the grated coconut(1 cup).
Heat coconut oil and splutter mustard seeds and urad dal.
Add grated coconut(1/2 cup) and fry again till it becomes brown in color.
Add 5th step to the mixture and add curry leaves.
Chakkakari(raw jack fruit) - brahmin special is ready.
