Crispy Paneer Pakoda

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Paneer grated
  • 1/2 cup Onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green chillies chopped
  • 2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 Cups Gram flour
  • 1 Cup Curry leaves
  • Salt As reqd
  • 500 ml Refined oil
  • Water As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Take a large bowl, and mix all the ingredients(except oil)into it.
  • Add water and mix thoroughly to form a thick dough. Keep this for 15 minutes.
  • In the meantime, heat oil in a deep bottomed frying pan.
  • Add the dough in small quantities in quick succession into the oil.
  • Reduce flame and fry till the pakodas turns dark brown in color.
  • Paneer pakodas are ready. 7)Serve hot with sweet and hot tomato sauce.
