Instructions
For preparing arabic garlic sauce, first combine garlic, mayonnaise and curd in a blender and make a smooth paste.
While blending add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Make this into a thick paste.
Serve the arabic garlic sauce with roties, naan and khubus.
You can refrigerate arabic garlic sauce up to 5 days.
