  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 no Garlic bulb
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • Salt As reqd
  • Pepper As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice


  • For preparing arabic garlic sauce, first combine garlic, mayonnaise and curd in a blender and make a smooth paste.
  • While blending add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Make this into a thick paste.
  • Serve the arabic garlic sauce with roties, naan and khubus.
  • You can refrigerate arabic garlic sauce up to 5 days.
