Chicken Fritters

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Chicken breasts/drumsticks cut into length wise
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 no Egg
  • 2 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 2 cups All purpose flour Maida
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd, for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chicken fritters, sprinkle salt and pepper on cleaned chicken breasts.
  • Heat oil in a pan, fry garlic and chicken breasts until golden in color and remove from flame.
  • Combine all purpose flour, required salt, paprika and a pinch of pepper. Mix well and keep aside in a large tray.
  • Beat egg in a bowl.
  • Take chicken pieces dip into egg and keep it in the tray and coat it with the flour.
  • Refrigerate the chicken for 10 minutes and deep fry in oil.
  • Serve the tasty chicken fritters as a good starter.
