Instructions
For preparing chicken fritters, sprinkle salt and pepper on cleaned chicken breasts.
Heat oil in a pan, fry garlic and chicken breasts until golden in color and remove from flame.
Combine all purpose flour, required salt, paprika and a pinch of pepper. Mix well and keep aside in a large tray.
Beat egg in a bowl.
Take chicken pieces dip into egg and keep it in the tray and coat it with the flour.
Refrigerate the chicken for 10 minutes and deep fry in oil.
Serve the tasty chicken fritters as a good starter.
