Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Pasta penne type
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 3 nos Tomato chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 no Capsicum chopped
  • 1 cup Mushroom chopped
  • 1 can Tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Oregano
  • Black pepper powder As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • Water As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing pasta in tomato sauce, take a large vessel, pour water and boil.
  • Stir in pasta, required salt and cook for 20 minutes. Drain well and keep pasta aside.
  • In a pan, heat butter and fry onion, garlic, green chillies, tomatoes, capsicum and mushroom.
  • While sauting, add oregano, tomato puree, tomato sauce, required salt and pepper.
  • Mix corn flour in 1 cup water and pour it into the sauce to thicken the same.
  • Finally, add pasta and mix well to make a semi thick consistency.
  • Serve the pasta in tomato sauce recipe with shredded cheese on top.
