Peanut Butter Salad
Peanut butter tossed with onion and tomato. Easy to make, delicious and healthy breakfast.

- 3 tbsp Peanut butter creamy
- 1 no Onion large
- 2 nos Tomato medium
- 1/2 of Lemon
- Salt As reqd
Finely chop onions and tomato.
Add peanut butter to the chopped onions and tomato.
Add salt and mix well.
Squeeze half a lemon to this and toss well.
Refrigerate for 30-40 mins. Peanut butter salad is ready.
Use as a spread for bread and rolls.
