- 4 nos Kannimanga soaked in salt
- 1/2 cup Coconut grated
- 3 nos Green chillies
- 1/2 cup Slightly soured butter milk
- Salt As reqd
For preparing kannimanga/azhumanga pachadi - brahmin special, grind together kannimanga, grated coconut and green chillies.
Add required salt. While adding salt consider the salt which is already there is kannimanga and add accordingly.
Add slight soured buttermilk while serving.
