Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Kannimanga soaked in salt
  • 1/2 cup Coconut grated
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 1/2 cup Slightly soured butter milk
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing kannimanga/azhumanga pachadi - brahmin special, grind together kannimanga, grated coconut and green chillies.
  • Add required salt. While adding salt consider the salt which is already there is kannimanga and add accordingly.
  • Add slight soured buttermilk while serving.
  • Kannimanga /azhumanga pachadi -brahmin special recipe is a good side dish for Cheeramolagootal.
