Mushroom With Green Peas
Mushroom, frozen green peas and other ingredients are cooked in a spicy gravy

- 8 nos Mushrooms cut into small pieces
- 1 cup Frozen green peas
- 1 no Onion chopped
- 1 no Tomato
- 1 pod Garlic grated
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 no Green chilly
- 1 1/2 tbsp Oil
- Cumin seeds A pinch, Jeerakam
- 1 tbsp Fresh cream
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Butter grated
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- Salt As reqd
- Water As reqd
For preparing mushroom with green peas, first grind tomato with turmeric powder and green chilly.
Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan and splutter cumin seeds. Saute the chopped onion, garlic and pepper.
Add the ground tomato paste. Fry till the oil separates.
Stir in mushroom, frozen green peas, salt and 1/2 cup of water.
Cook on a medium heat till all the water evaporates.
Garnish with grated butter, fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves.
