Ingredients
  

  • 8 nos Mushrooms cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup Frozen green peas
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1 no Tomato
  • 1 pod Garlic grated
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 no Green chilly
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • Cumin seeds A pinch, Jeerakam
  • 1 tbsp Fresh cream
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Butter grated
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • Salt As reqd
  • Water As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing mushroom with green peas, first grind tomato with turmeric powder and green chilly.
  • Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan and splutter cumin seeds. Saute the chopped onion, garlic and pepper.
  • Add the ground tomato paste. Fry till the oil separates.
  • Stir in mushroom, frozen green peas, salt and 1/2 cup of water.
  • Cook on a medium heat till all the water evaporates.
  • Garnish with grated butter, fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves.
