Cauliflower With Curd

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 2 nos Onion sliced
  • 1 no Garlic pods grated
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger grated
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • Oil As reqd
  • 3 springs Coriander leaves chopped
  • 20 g Ghee
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing cauliflower with curd, marinate cauliflower in the curd and salt. Keep aside for an hour.
  • Take a deep frying pan and heat oil. Fry the marinated cauliflower till it becomes light brown.
  • Melt ghee in a pan and sautT onion, garlic, ginger and garam masala. Add the fried cauliflower and sugar. Mix well.
  • Cook on low flame till the cauliflower is done.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Cauliflower with curd is ready to serve with veg pulav, bread, paratha etc.
