Ragi Roti Recipe

Ragi, coconut, green chillies are other ingredients are combined together and the dough is rolled out into rotis

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Ragi powder
  • 1 cup Wheat flour/atta
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • Oil For applying on rotis
  • 2 tsp Fenugreek leaves Uluva ela
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing ragi roti recipe, mix together ragi powder, green chillies, fenugreek leaves and required water.
  • Knead well as per consistency of dough required to prepare chappathy.
  • Pluck small balls out of the dough and roll into rotis.
  • Heat a tawa and roast both sides of rotis applying little oil.
  • Ragi roti recipe, a healthy and delicious ragi recipe, is ready.
  • You can have the ragi roti with chutney or some curry.
