Mushroom Stir Fry
Mushroom, onion and other ingredients are combined together and cooked

- 150 g Mushrooms cut into quarters
- 6 tbsp Tomato
- 3/4 cups Onion chopped
- 1 1/4 tbsp Ginger chopped
- 1/2 tsp Green chilly chopped
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt As reqd
Crackle the cumin seeds in hot oil and add chopped onion, ginger and green chillies. Saute well.
Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, curry powder and salt. Saute for a minute.
Now add the chopped tomatoes and mushrooms.
Mix well and cook covered for 8 minutes in low flame.
Add garam masala and fry in high flame for 3 more minutes.

Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
