Mushroom Stir Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Mushrooms cut into quarters
  • 6 tbsp Tomato
  • 3/4 cups Onion chopped
  • 1 1/4 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Green chilly chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Crackle the cumin seeds in hot oil and add chopped onion, ginger and green chillies. Saute well.
  • Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, curry powder and salt. Saute for a minute.
  • Now add the chopped tomatoes and mushrooms.
  • Mix well and cook covered for 8 minutes in low flame.
  • Add garam masala and fry in high flame for 3 more minutes.
  • Mushroom stir fry, an easy to prepare and tasty mushroom side dish recipe for chapathy, bread, roti etc is ready.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
