Mushroom With Gobi Sabji

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Cauliflower florets
  • 125 g Mushroom quartered
  • 2 nos Potatoes cubes
  • 1 no Capsicum chopped
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds powder Jeerakam
  • 1 no Bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing mushroom with gobi sabji, sautT cauliflower, cubed potatoes, mushroom and capsicum in butter for 2 minutes. Keep this aside.
  • Put a pan on fire and heat oil. Add bay leaf, onion and ginger-garlic paste. Saute for few minutes.
  • Now add chilly powder, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder and cumin seeds powder.
  • Add vegetables and salt. Fry for few minutes.
  • Cook covered till the vegetables are done.
  • Mushroom with gobi sabji, a side dish recipe with vegetables, is ready.
