Mushroom With Gobi Sabji
Cauliflower, mushroom, potatoes and other ingredients are combined together and cooked

- 250 g Cauliflower florets
- 125 g Mushroom quartered
- 2 nos Potatoes cubes
- 1 no Capsicum chopped
- 1 no Onion chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
- Turmeric powder A pinch
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds powder Jeerakam
- 1 no Bay leaves
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt As reqd
For preparing mushroom with gobi sabji, sautT cauliflower, cubed potatoes, mushroom and capsicum in butter for 2 minutes. Keep this aside.
Put a pan on fire and heat oil. Add bay leaf, onion and ginger-garlic paste. Saute for few minutes.
Now add chilly powder, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder and cumin seeds powder.
Add vegetables and salt. Fry for few minutes.
Cook covered till the vegetables are done.
Mushroom with gobi sabji, a side dish recipe with vegetables, is ready.
