Instructions
For preparing cheera masiyal - brahmin special, first boil spinach in water by adding turmeric powder.
After it gets sufficiently cool, grind the boiled spinach. Please avoid over grinding.
Make this ground spinach in a semisolid state by adding enough water and add salt.
Fry mustard seeds, urad dal, and red chilly in hot coconut oil.
Add these fried items to the ground spinach. Cheera masiyal - brahmin special, a tasty as well as nutritious recipe, is ready.
