  • For preparing cheera masiyal - brahmin special, first boil spinach in water by adding turmeric powder.
  • After it gets sufficiently cool, grind the boiled spinach. Please avoid over grinding.
  • Make this ground spinach in a semisolid state by adding enough water and add salt.
  • Fry mustard seeds, urad dal, and red chilly in hot coconut oil.
  • Add these fried items to the ground spinach. Cheera masiyal - brahmin special, a tasty as well as nutritious recipe, is ready.
