Oats, rice, urad dal and other ingredients are soaked, ground and spread into pancakes

  • For preparing oats dosa, soak rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds for 5 hours and grind till smooth with oats adding required water. Keep aside for 4 hours.
  • Add salt, chopped chilly and coriander/curry leaves. Dosa batter is ready.
  • Place a non stick pan on fire and spread ladle full of batter into it and make thin dosa.
  • Sprinkle some oil or ghee and flip the dosa.
  • Remove from pan when both sides are done and crispy.
  • Oats dosa is ready. Serve hot with some chutney.
